Benfogle
Ben Fogle will be leading the panel of judges for SuperDogs Live.
The annual pet show will host an exciting variety of exhibits and well-known celebrities

London Pet Show is taking place this weekend on May 17 and 18 at Earls Court One, bringing a showcase of talent from animals of all shapes and sizes, as well as talks and exhibits by well-known personalities.

As well as many exciting exhibitions, talks and arena events, the show will host the finale of SuperDogs Live, searching for the most talented, heroic and entertaining dogs in the UK.

The judge's panel will be led by animal lover Ben Fogle (pictured), and will also include Bionic "Supervet" Noel Fitzpatrick, and stars of popular BBC radio show "Barking at the Moon", Jo Good and Anna Webb.

Ben Fogle grew up with a vet father and is a lifelong dog lover. He said: “We are a nation of dog lovers and we want to celebrate the incredible bond that people have with their pets, as well as the extraordinary feats that dogs can achieve through training or just because they are naturally talented.”

The final performances are to include Gangnam Style doggy dancing, canine high jump and skateboarding, as well as heroic hounds who have changed lives and worked in the face of adversity.

A wide array of displays and arena events will ensure that a variety of animals have their chance to shine, with rabbit showjumping and micro pig racing also scheduled to take place.

The show will be divided into zones, each with its own feature area and demonstrations, plus advice from leading experts and top UK animal charities such as the Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund, the Blue Cross and Cats Protection.

Well-known faces such as wildlife explorer Steve Backshall, and Springwatch and Autumnwatch presenter Chris Packham, will also be present to help promote responsible pet care.

Tickets cost £17 for adults and £12 for children, and can be purchased on the website or by calling 0844 873 7332. Under fives go free, and family tickets and concessions are also available.
