IFAH to debate vet medicine legislation
Taking place in Brussels on June 16th, IFAH's annual conference will open the floor to a "big debate" where all stakeholders involved in animal health are invited to gather and exchange views on future veterinary medicine legislation.
The '1-1-1' concept refers to a true single market for all veterinary medicines with 1 dossier, 1 European scientific assessment and 1 decision for marketing authorisation.
Commissioner for Health and Consumer Policy John Dalli, in charge of animal health, will open the conference.

The Greyhound Board of Great Britain has published new vaccination guidance, with all greyhounds registered from 1 January, 2027 required to have the L4 leptospirosis vaccination, rather than L2.
