BVNA Welcomes New President
Last week's BVNA Congress saw the appointment of Claire Fraser, RVN, as President of the British Veterinary Nursing Association.
Claire, Internal Verifier for MYF Training in Aldershot, was elected President during the Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 9th October at the BVNA Congress in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
Claire has already served as President several years ago, and expressed her delight at returning to the role: "It is an honour once again to become the President of the BVNA. The veterinary nursing world is ever changing, and I look forward to the challenges ahead over the next twelve months."
During the meeting, Louisa Baker RVN, Honorary Treasurer for the past two years, was elected as Vice President. Sue Badger now undertakes the role of Senior President.
